CANCELLATION OF ORDERS – RETURN POLICY
In case your order has been completed and you have made the relevant payment but you wish to cancel your order anyway, you have the right to do so upon a written notice to us by sending us a relevant email at shop@daphnevalente.com. Please be informed that you may cancel your order only before receiving the notification email that your order has been dispatched. If the above – mentioned conditions are met, and in case you have already paid the price of the product/s, your deposit will be refunded via the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Returning an item couldn’t be easier! Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have fifteen (15) calendar days from the date your order has been shipped to exchange or return. The return period will expire fifteen (15) calendar days from the day your product/s has/have been shipped. To exercise the right to return, you should do so before the expiry of the afore-mentioned deadline by preparing you package and sending it back to us using the address: 6 Kornarou Street, Athens 105 63. You may arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with. After the driver has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely. According to Law, returned products must be unaltered, undamaged, not used, washed, stained or damaged and must be returned in their initial state, with no signs of wear or tear. Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags should be included with your return. Please note that no returns or exchanges are possible for customized products or accessories.
The return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
In case of exchanging/returning a product, including but not limited, due to a lack of response to the description or to the existence of an actual fault (e.g. used, signs of tear etc), the Company assumes the obligation to communicate with you in order to succeed, according to the standards of good faith and of the commercial ethics, a compromise.If it is not possible, the Company is obliged to return the money to you, under the adhered compliance that the products purchased have not been used, and that they continue to bear the necessary label that accompanies them. In the occasion that the label has been pulled away from any of the product/s, the Company cannot refund you.All returns should be requested be email before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing.Customs, duties and other fees applied from countries outside the E.U may be charged to the customer directly and may not be refundable when an item is returned. Packages returned without necessary return information will not be accepted by us. Shippers may follow specific rules and may discard such packages or consider them unclaimed or rejected.We are not responsible for the fate of a package you may have sent to us that lacks necessary information or authorization.
In case of absence of the recipient at the designated delivery day, the products are returned either at the transportation or courier company or to the Company’s registered office.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. Do, however, know that we do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your «www.daphne-valente.com» account.
